We are a pharmaceutical company, our facilities are based in Egypt and have 6 Pharmaceutical (Ophthalmology) products almost registered (in the final stages) in Russia, in addition we have a very advanced Cosmetics production Line with niche products. We are looking for someone to help in a pre-feasibility study to establish a scientific office located in Moscow.
The main Objective is spreading and growing up our sales and build up a brand for our products.
A scientific office (SO) is mainly a representative office for our company that is responsible for marketing and sales of the pharmaceutical products.
The freelancer should provide a Study that contains in details the procedures and steps to establish the SO as well as :
- the legal requirements to establish the SO along with a small warehouse (approximately 12 square meters) for an Egyptian company in Moscow, the guide should include the estimated cost of the legal steps.
- the Russian health authority requirements to establish the SO along with a small warehouse for an Egyptian company in Moscow, the guide should include the estimated cost of the requirements.
- The estimated financial cost includes for example:
- Office rent
- Utility cost (electricity, water, natural gas, telephone,………..etc)
- Total estimated Monthly salary for the staff ( 4 :6 medical reps & 2 sales reps & 1 Office Head & 1 Secretary ) includes incentives, car allowance, social insurance,……etc.
- Monthly average sales of the Ophthalmology products in Russia per head (if possible)
- Any governmental fees such as Tax , insurance ….etc.
- Promotional materials
The study will be required in word and pdf format, the conclusion presents in power point demo.
