PowerPoint Presentation - Sephora

Generally, I hereby have attached some data and case studies from Sephora online sales in Thailand. I would require someone who could actually study them thoroughly and benchmark them to prepare a presentation for Sephora in Malaysia market. The goal of this PPT is to demonstrate how potentially it is to start up Sephora online in Malaysia. Thus, a lot of research would require. The expectations of the PPT would need to show with a lot of data including strategies (promotions with a 1year timeline), expected CVR, how to increase traffic and convert them our members (how to recruit and retain, what benefits they gain, etc.), forecasted GMV, SWOT analysis, and so on.
Last but not least, the whole PPT should not exceed 20 pages long. Ideally within 15-20 pages including the cover page and appendix.
