With a strong foundation in manufacturing excellence, we are now seeking to expand our global footprint.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Manager to help us expand into international markets, particularly the ROW (Rest of World) and Regulatory Markets including the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
~Identify and connect with international buyers, distributors, agents, and partners.
~Manage and coordinate export documentation, including COAs, MSDS, DMFs, COPPs, and country-specific regulatory dossiers.
~Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards for the export of APIs, enzymes, probiotics, and amino acids.
~Assist in the logistics and supply chain related to global exports.
~Build and manage reliable trade channels and strategic partnerships.
~Represent Primeus Biolabs at international exhibitions or B2B platforms (virtual or in-person, as needed).
Required Skills & Experience:
~Proven track record in international pharmaceutical exports.
~Strong understanding of API export regulations per country (e.g., USFDA, EMEA, ANVISA, WHO GMP, etc.).
~Knowledge of ROW and regulatory markets.
~Experience in handling export documentation, shipping logistics, customs procedures, and third-party logistics.
~Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
~Existing network of global buyers/distributors is a plus.
