Nordic Burger Chains Market Research

I'm seeking a market investigator to explore restaurant chains in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The focus is primarily on the burger segment and any establishments using burger-type buns or rolls.
Phase A:
- Compile a list of relevant brands, specifically those with 15 or more restaurants.
- Organize the data by country.
Phase B:
- Reach out to at least one restaurant from each identified brand.
- Ask three specific questions regarding their bread supply.
This task is purely for data collection; there's nothing to sell.

Experience and/or understanding of the food/foodservice industry, especially with restaurant chains, would be a plus.
