Need a secret shopper for digital agencies

Project Title: Secret Shopper for Digital Agencies

Tasks:
- Create a persona as a Canadian small business owner
- Initiate contact with digital agency as a potential client
- Document entire sales process, including all communications, sales materials and proposals
- Review entire client journey from initial contact to end proposal

Digital Agencies:
- The client will provide a list of specific digital agencies to target and the type of service to secret shop
- There will be 5 digital agencies in total

Main Objective:
- Gain a detailed understanding the client journey and agency value propositions

Deliverables:
- Screenshots of all emails, SMS messages, written communications
- Saved copies of all sales materials, including landing pages, brochures, presentations, etc.
- Saved copy of final proposal/agreement (not signed, obviously)
- Recordings of all discovery/sales calls (where applicable)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in secret shopping or market research
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
