Native US CATI Moderator

This assignment is a live, computer-assisted telephone interview focused on product feedback. Each interview will last a little over half an hour. I will hand you the full questionnaire; your role is simply to moderate the call, keep the respondent engaged, capture the answers in the CATI screen exactly as spoken and wrap up courteously.

Because the topic is product feedback, a conversational yet neutral tone is essential. You will need a clear, native U.S. accent, a dependable headset, and enough call-handling experience to move smoothly through lengthy scripts without sounding mechanical.
