Mystery Shopper (Online Mortgage Application) - Canadian Financial Institutions

Hi,

We are looking for a market research consultant for the following project:

Do thorough research on the online mortgage application process flow for three specific Canadian financial services firms. You will have to apply for a mortgage on the website of these financial services firms and capture the entire process.

You need to provide a market research report containing the following:

1. Details of the loan product
2. Create a process flow diagram for your loan application
3. Capture screen recording of various steps in your loan application
4. Observations on what worked/what didn't

We need the full application process so if your application gets rejected initially then it won't be very useful for us. We need at least two successful application process capture in the report. Successful application means reaching the last steps of the application process. Final mortgage approval is not necessary.

We will confirm the name of the three financial firms to the selected consultant.
