We are looking for a market research consultant for the following project:
Do thorough research on the online mortgage application process flow for three specific Canadian financial services firms. You will have to apply for a loan on the website of these financial services firms and capture the entire process.
You need to provide a market research report containing the following:
1. Details of the loan product
2. Create a process flow diagram for your loan application
3. Capture screenshots/screen recording of various steps in your loan application
4. Observations on what worked/what didn't
We will confirm the name of the three financial firms to the selected freelancer.
Please note that only successful applications will be counted. If your application is rejected initially (first few steps) then you will have to try some other online financial institution to ensure that we are able to capture detailed mortgage application flow. You should reach the last stage of the application. Getting approval for the mortgage is not required.
