Muslim Owned Business Research in NZ

I'm looking for someone to compile a list of Muslim owned businesses in New Zealand. Excluded from this list are restaurants.
Key Requirements:
- The information should be presented in a detailed spreadsheet.
- The spreadsheet should include the business name and contact information, as well as the business category and description. Also, opening hours, address and location (in latitude and longitude)
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in market research and data compilation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on time.
