3. Ask 2 people(family members or friends) about a purchase they regretted and summarize their experiences. Explain how each case reflects the concept of post-purchase dissonance. Analyze the common reasons for their dissatisfaction. Conclude by suggesting practical ways marketers could reduce such dissonance through better communication, customer support, or product guarantees. Your submission should include your analysis in 1-2 pages. (10 points)
