Marketing Research/Plan

I am looking for someone to build out a marketing plan for my team, and my team members. I have the template plan. I am looking for someone to do the market research to fill in the data. Some of the data needed is below.

Per given target market (ex: Charleston, SC. Jacksonville, FL. Washington DC/NOVA, etc)
- Average price per home
- How long home onwers hold their property
- Which neighborhoods within the market are priced/selling between 300k and 600k
- Number of homes secured by a VA Loans in the market
- Percentage of VA loan to overall residences in market
- Number of homes secured by a FHA Loans in the market
- Percentage of FHA Loans to Overall Residence in the market
- Number of homes secured by a Conventional Loans in the market
- Top 50 Realtors in each market who sell the most VA loans
