Marketing Assistant with Experience in Market Research, Surveys

I am looking for a bright and self-reliantly working marketing assistant. You preferably possess market research experience or designing surveys. Note: designing surveys is not receiving questions and setting them up on surveymonkey or similar. I expect that you are aware how to write survey questions that lead to unbiased responses, and that you are able to plan a survey from a to z.
Obviously, I would like to see past work with surveys. Add any information that you may find important for our collaboration. Long-term, I plan to work with the right person in a full-time position at good rates with bonus and consistent raises.
