Market research in relevant companies for a new product in the medical space

We are looking for help to identify a medical or/and functional food company that might be interested in the development of a product, targeting inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in mainly the US and EU.
The project scope is a list of 3-5 companies describing the most relevant inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) companies for our product, with a short description (100-200 words) of why they might be relevant + any used sources that support this.
