PROJECT:
It is necessary someone with know-how and marketing studies to do different market/sector/industry researches. It will be necessary to identify:
- Market Size
- Growth
- Products/Services
- Prices
- What kind of market (fragmented?)
- Competitors
- Customers
- Suppliers
- Weakenes
- Strengths
- 5 Porter's Forces
- Subsectors

Everything with data, source and a brief explanation.
Also, to be able to study the spanish market, it will be necessary to be able to search and to read spanish articles, information, sources, databases, etc.

The process will be the following. I will give you a company website and then you should identify its sector and industry to the market/sector/industry research/study.

FORMAT:
I do not care much about the format. I just need the specfici information (above) in a brief format. You can do it, for example with some slides. I do not need a bunch of unnecessary information. Please be brief!

PROJECT INPUT:
The input will be the website of a specific company. Then it will be necessary to do the study of the company and sector/s.
