Hi, first of all the successful bidder needs to read this brief, automatic bids are pointless in my view. Second, you need to have a good grasp of the English language.
The task is simple, we're a UK estate agency, we will be providing you with a number of websites that we wish to get data (address') from. Sadly, you will not be able to datascrape may of them so it will be a manual process. The goal is to create a database of a number of properties, their status and any changes to their marketing. So this will be a large data gathering exercise firstly and then weekly updates thereafter.
This is a task that does not require any specific qualifications or needs as it's effectively market research/data gathering. As such, we're looking for overseas connections that we can rely on.
