Market online food ordering service

My company is looking for a freelancer to help us market our online food ordering service with mobile money payment options. We have created a restaurant-specific platform that allows customers to conveniently order and pay for food using their MTN and Airtel mobile money accounts and have it delivered to their door. Initially, our test target market is regional in the city of Lusaka, Zambia and based on our success, we will launch our throughout Africa. Our goal is to onboard 50-100 restaurants and increase their sales through mobile money payment options. We need someone who can help us reach and acquire new restaurants and engage mobile money customers. We are looking for someone who is creative, and who can craft, implement, and manage comprehensive strategies to help us reach these goals. We need a freelancer with knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics, as well as expertise in market research and analysis. Furthermore, the freelancer should be able to effectively create and execute campaigns, track progress, and measure results. Finally, the freelancer should be able to conduct webinars and customer training sessions.
