Market Researcher for a Property Management Company

Job ID: 33262127

Budget: $8 – $15 AUD

Looking for someone who can make calls - and get insight into companies. You will going stealth - and gathering intel on companies and their biggest pain points.

Perhaps you could say you’re doing this on behalf of a university project or something like that (local university) - and finding out information about the biggest challenges that these companies face - ideally in the area of business growth.

E.g. things that they’ve done that haven’t worked, things they’ve done that have worked, what they’re doing to grow etc.

This would suit someone who is good at being able to ask relevant questions and uncover a prospect’s pain and ask follow up questions (in other words it’s not just reading a script).

You will receive full video training with sample calls that I have done - while the approach you choose is up to you the important thing is that you will obtain actionable specific data (e.g. not just “We want to grow our business”) and report back to me.

You will be given 10 numbers for your trial and your job will be to come back with at least 2 conversations and 2 pieces of actionable data.

The successful applicant should ideally be in Australia (all though that is not required 100%) - and also have strong communication skills, ability to understand and communicate.

You will also need to be able to use AirTable to fill in information.

If you are selected for the trial you will be given video training and a couple of numbers - once you have 2 decent conversations (aka someone doesn’t just hang up, is qualified to answer and is willing to answer at least 3 follow up questions) please send this data back.

Note: ideally you should be able to record phone calls - personally I put the phone on speaker and use CloudApp or any other recording computer app and send it back - Otter.ai is really good too because it will transcribe the conversation as you speak - however the free version only records the first 30 minutes which should be fine for a trial.
