I am a sole trader commercial property agent who specialises in the Education sector of property occupiers. I look to act on behalf of universities and colleges on any aspect of their London property portfolio. This extends to seeking out and acquiring new properties, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals of their existing premises. This includes American (and other country) universities looking to create (or expand) a London campus.
I need to identify and contact the decision makers within Colleges / Universities / Language schools / Business school/ overseas student programme providers across London and the country as well as larger entities in the USA.
