Market Research - Ride Share Scooter

Hi what do you propose the delivery of the market research would be.

My goal is to identify regions in south america/mexico for scooter ride share. I am looking to leverage some platform like this https://atommobility.com/

I would like to know

1. Cost per scooter to purchase. Based on tourists in a particular city what may be a good starting number.
2. Look at where uber is banned as an opportunity to do scooter ride share
3. evaluate the cost to open an office in each region - which includes leased space, mobile truck to pickup scooters, admin, etc...
4. I am interested in mexico for cancun, tulum, playa del carmen. Reference links of starting foreign owned business in various countries.
5. Evaluate other scooter rental operations and price in various cities. Look at providing a model for it.
