I would like to venture into the industry of drones and automation/technologization of work using drones. For a start, I would love to begin the project with cleaning solar panels in fields and functioning plants. That is the market research and breakdown of the business plan that I need now for pitching, and starting off the project with data analysis back.
Some of the Objectives to be addressed include:
Identifying around 5 to10 Solar drone cleaning Companies, looking into their functioning and identifying qualities that would make them competitors. Also, identify other drone cleaning companies that are not just focused on drones .
Providing a cost benefit analysis of venturing into the drone industry .
Recommending the best strategy for business partnership. That is, which model of business partnership works best for my region of startup, scale of project, nature of project etc.
Identifying the average cost of solar panel cleaning in different markets, including additional costs of licencing, importation levies etc
SWOT Analysis that can be easily broken down and explained to decide on the viability of the venture. This will also include a risk analysis , marketing and sales of the business venture.
Identifying gaps and opportunities within the industry that would offer a better and seamless entry to the market, with a product hoping to fill the gap and be unique in its business model delivery.
Potential novel designs of hybrid drone systems for multi use application.
Start up costs for such ventures , industry overview , market opportunity , operating plan, financial planning.
