Second, between writing sessions, I rely on timely customer support and light management help: responding to routine client emails or chat tickets, tracking simple project tasks in a shared spreadsheet, and making sure files and notes stay organised. Clear, proactive communication and absolute reliability are non-negotiable because my schedule moves quickly.
Deliverables

Acceptance Criteria
