Map Market Study on Entertainment Establishments
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a map market study of a 10 mile radius around 1 Park Center Court, Manassas Park, VA 20111, to mark all entertainment business, except for Movie Theaters, unless a theater has one of the other forms on entertainment on this list.
Entertainment business should include:
Bowling alleys, Laser Tag, Escape Rooms, Trampoline Places, bounce house places, Virtual realty places, Sports places, Ax Throwing, Putt Putt courses, go carts, arcades, family entertainment centers like Dave and Busters. When marking on the map, if you use numbers, start with the lowest numbers closest to the address above site and work out with higher numbers. Once they mark all of the places on the map, I need an Excel spread sheet made with the following columns:
Name of business
Distance to site
Do they serve food
Address
Website
Phone Number
Years in business
How many reviews on google or other social media.
Their review score
Common compliments or complaints on reviews.
A very short sentence or two description of what they are and what different types of entertainment they offer
I will also need two to three pages per location which should include the name of the business and number corresponding with the number on the map at the top of each of the pages, a summery of what the business is and entertainment they offer, a photo of thier homepage website and one or two pages with pictures of their business that you can find online. Other information that could also be added to these summery pages are distinct differences or niches that they have or think they have.
