Looking for BDE (Business Development Executive) – Fixed + Commission Based
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are a growing IT startup offering services like website development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and SaaS tools. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to bring in new clients and help scale our business.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation
- Client relationship management
- Market research and analysis
Compensation:
- Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 (based on experience & performance)
- Commission Structure:
- 10% of project value for deals between ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000
- 20% of project value for deals above ₹1,00,000
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
