I’m building a pipeline of acquisition targets in my area and need help uncovering medium-sized companies that are ready to sell. The focus is strictly on the local market, and I’m interested in three key sectors: retail, technology and healthcare.
Your job is to identify owners who have signalled an openness to a full sale or majority-stake exit, confirm their interest and gather enough background for me to evaluate next steps. You may use public records, industry databases, broker networks or direct outreach—whatever ethical, privacy-compliant method gets accurate results fastest.
Deliverables (all in a spreadsheet):
• Company name, sector and brief description
• Owner or decision-maker’s direct contact details
• Evidence of sale intent (news article, listing, broker note, or written confirmation)
• High-level financial snapshot if available (revenue range, EBITDA margin, staff size)
