Local Golf Cart and Side by Side Rental, and airport transfer Competitor Research

This project has two parts.

1.

I am looking for a thorough and detailed analysis of the local competitors in the golf cart and side by side rental businesses.

Requirements:
- Research and list the names of all competitors in these specific industries in the local area
- Evaluate each competitor's pricing structure, vehicle selection, areas serviced, and any advantages or unique features they offer
- Present the information in an organized and easy-to-understand format

Please see the attached map showing the area that we would like to service and therefore require information on. Tamarindo is a tourist town with lots of rental outlets so we don't want to compete in that area. Surrounding areas are open and vehicles can be delivered by trailer.

2.

Research the current airport transfer services available, specifically in the luxury and private market. Please see the attached map for a potential service area. There are many high end luxury hotels and house rentals in this area and it appears to be underserved in the private airport transfer area.
