Product Scope
The project covers ALL ABC SKUs, including but not limited to:
• Facial skincare:
o Cleansers
o Micellar water
o Sunscreen
o Sheet masks, jelly masks, hydrogel masks
• Bodycare:
o Intimate wash (women & men)
• Lip care
• Cotton Pads
• Existing ABC Products to be reviewed and create USPs – Current Products are Traditional Indian and Natural
Samples from Korean and Chinese suppliers have already been received, with additional samples in transit. These must be evaluated, compared, and rationalised into a winning portfolio.
