International EV Distribution Strategist Needed
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I’m ready to take our electric-vehicle line beyond domestic borders and need a seasoned hand to design and implement a robust, international distribution network. The core objective is straightforward: build reliable channels that move our EVs efficiently into multiple overseas markets while laying the groundwork for sustained growth.
Here’s what I’m looking for you to tackle:
• Market mapping and prioritisation for target countries, supported by data on demand, regulatory climate, and competitive landscape
• Identification and vetting of prospective distributors, dealer groups, and e-mobility partners, including initial outreach scripts or pitch decks
• A step-by-step rollout roadmap that covers compliance requirements, logistics flow, after-sales support structure, and KPIs for measuring launch success
Acceptance criteria
1. A presentation-ready strategy deck covering the above three deliverables, clear enough for board approval
2. A contact sheet of at least ten qualified distributor prospects per selected market, complete with decision-maker details
3. A 90-day action plan outlining immediate next steps, milestones, and resource assumptions
Experience with international automotive distribution, EV-specific regulations, and supply-chain planning is crucial. If you’ve already opened doors for electric-mobility brands abroad, I’d love to see how you did it and discuss applying that expertise here.
