Industry Expert Interview Moderator

I’m running a market-oriented study that relies entirely on one-to-one interviews with industry experts. I already have the overall research objectives; what I need now is a confident moderator who can take those goals and turn them into rich, insight-driven conversations.
You’ll be responsible for refining the discussion guide with me, scheduling and hosting each interview, and keeping the session flowing so participants feel comfortable sharing candid, detailed perspectives. Clear audio recording, accurate note-taking, and a concise summary of actionable findings after every call are essential.
Deliverables I must receive for each session:
• Finalised discussion guide before the first interview
• Audio or video recording file
• Clean transcript (human or high-quality AI + review)
• A brief insights memo highlighting key themes and quotations
