With roughly 26 locations along the eastern seaboard, including a hub in Ohio and Pennsylvania, your expertise in compensation analysis and design will ensure that pay structures attract and retain top talent while aligning with market standards and business objectives.
Position Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the seven types of positions to determine their relative value within our organization, considering factors such as job requirements, responsibilities, and market trends.
Market Analysis: Perform market research and benchmarking studies to compare our pay structures for each position type with industry standards in the specific locations we operate.
Competitive Pay Structure Design: Design updated pay structures for each position type, considering factors such as market competitiveness, internal equity, and budget constraints.
Location-Specific Analysis: Conduct location-specific analyses to understand the local labor market dynamics, cost of living, and competitive pay rates in the eastern seaboard region, with a focus on Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Experience in the trucking industry specifically for CDL truck drivers experience is preferred by not necessary.
