Industry Report Framework
Part I.
1. Basic information of key manufacturing industrial parks: policies, characteristics, key enterprises (kitchenware, non-stick pans, thermos cups and cups manufacturing enterprises), transport, living environment, main roads, climatic conditions, supply chain, etc.; and
2. China and Greece kitchenware, non-stick cookware, cups freight costs (air and sea ports, rail transport, logistics, operating costs).
3. Labour costs (demographics, labour structure in foreign provinces, education and culture, overtime calculation, social security costs, provident funds, trade unions).
4. Land or plant costs, water and electricity costs, government regulations (including but not limited to civil engineering requirements, building height, plot ratio, etc.);
5. Taxation costs, including but not limited to corporate income tax, value-added tax, import tariffs, loans, bank fees, etc.
6. Foreign exchange policy and control measures, exchange rate fluctuations, currency, loan exchange rates, inbound and outbound capital issues, etc.
7. Recruitment, turnover rate, salary of general workers, manpower structure, labour relations, trade unions, etc.

1. Foreign investment regulations and policies (laws and policies)
2. Regulations on kitchenware, non-stick cookware and cup industry: Customs regulations and requirements for products exported to the EU and the U.S.: e.g. requirements to be fulfilled for obtaining local certificates of origin or preferential certificates of origin; and
3. Forms of manufacturing enterprises and related requirements (e.g. limited company, joint-stock company, etc.), and annual compliance requirements after the establishment of the enterprise; and
4. Other requirements
(i) Foreign investment access policies and legal provisions
(ii) The main ways for local countries to resolve business disputes involving foreign investment and the applicable laws.
