A for-profit chemical engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Grant Writer & Researcher to identify and secure private grant funding opportunities. We specialize in agriculture solutions such as liquid fertilizers, wildlife attractants, fire suppression, soil stabilization, water management, and erosion control. Our goal is to secure funding between $500,000 and $700,000 to support research, product development, and market expansion in these areas.

- Grant Research: Identify private and industry-specific grant opportunities that align with GreenGround Engineering’s mission and initiatives.

- Grant Strategy Development: Provide a detailed report on the best funding sources, eligibility requirements, and deadlines.

- Proposal Writing & Submission: Develop high-quality grant proposals, including all required documentation and compelling narratives.

- Budget Preparation: Work with GreenGround Engineering’s leadership to develop accurate and competitive project budgets.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure grant applications adhere to funder guidelines and support compliance for awarded grants.

- Proven experience in researching and writing successful grants for for-profit businesses, particularly in chemical engineering, agriculture, or environmental sustainability.

- A strong understanding of funding opportunities available for sustainable agriculture, infrastructure, and environmental technology sectors.

- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to develop compelling funding proposals.

- A track record of securing grants in the $500K - $700K range from private foundations, industry grants, or research-driven funding sources.

- Familiarity with state incentive programs that may complement private grants.
