Geschäftsführer: Financial & Strategic Oversight

I need an experienced Geschäftsführer who can assume day-to-day responsibility for our finances and at the same time guide three closely linked strands of strategy: market analysis, business-growth initiatives, and competitor analysis.
The role is hands-on. You will shape our annual and rolling budgets, keep our financial reporting timely and investor-ready, and evaluate investment opportunities so we can deploy capital with confidence. Alongside that financial mandate, I expect you to turn raw market data into clear growth moves and keep a constant eye on what rivals are doing.
Deliverables I will use to measure success
• A comprehensive budget plan for the next fiscal year, broken into monthly milestones
• A dashboard-style financial report template delivered within the first month and populated each month thereafter
• An investment pipeline report that ranks opportunities by ROI and risk, updated quarterly
• A concise strategic memo every quarter covering market trends, growth experiments and competitor moves
