Gathering 50 prospect emails | Small Independent Grocery Stores, Farm Stands, Gift Shops, Chocolate Shops, Etc.

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me collect prospect emails for small independent grocery stores, farm stands, gift shops, chocolate shops, and other similar businesses.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in research, but NOT scraping. I want to ensure that the data is collected ethically and accurately. To make sure you understand this and have read my instructions, please include the words I won't use a scraper in your bid.
The collected data should be organized and presented in a Google Sheet, like the attached one. The test project is for 50 stores complete with email. The target areas are the southeast U.S. (Florida, Georgia, The Carolinas, Alabama, Louisianna, Mississippi. We are looking for stores that would carry farm fresh packaged nuts in their store if they were offered a good wholesale price for a beautiful product. So basically any store that offers attractive small food brands.
