We run a boutique HR consulting company- IVY People , we are 25+ years old organisation based in Bangalore.
Currently we plan to expand our operations to other parts of the country, so to meet our goals we are looking for multiple freelance on commission basis - business development managers.
We need someone with expertise in marketing and sales function. It is not necessary for the freelancer to focus their efforts on any particular region or city, since I am open to the entire country. This assignment is basically will be earn your commission basis.
The freelancer should be highly skilled and experienced with working in the Indian corporates , able to deliver results quickly, and consistently meet our targets on businesses. They should have a deep understanding of the Indian HR consulting space.
We mainly focus on the following services:
1. Executive Search
2. HR Process Improvement
3. Training and Development, Leadership development and coaching
4. HR Compliances such as employment laws, HR governance and HR processes
5. Short term/ Medium term / HR support on need basis
Your main and only responsibility is to get us the business in any of the above areas.
