Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including Telegram, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Become familiar with our extensive product catalog to effectively assist customers with product-related queries.
Product Sourcing:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential products for sourcing, staying abreast of trends and customer demands.
Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to secure products at competitive prices.
Analyze and assess the profitability of potential products, considering factors such as shipping costs, market demand, and competition.
Requirements:
Customer Support Skills:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or wholesale setting.
Product Sourcing Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills to identify profitable product opportunities.
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing product procurement processes.
General Requirements:
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Amazon selling processes is a plus.
