Hello I’m looking for someone who can find me profitable STR approved properties through some platforms like Zillow, Trulia, Hotpad etc. Possibly managing as well.
Properties should be in Miami,Florida

This project will include
Sending cold messages or cold calls to landlords, and getting the contact information of those that agree to do rental arbitrage for the sole purpose of Airbnb in the areas listed above.
Must be comfortable cold calling and sending cold messages.
