Field Photo Researcher: Capture Construction Site Board Pictures in Kenya

The Task: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Photo Researcher based in Kenya to visit active construction sites and capture high-quality photographs of their site boards. Your sole responsibility will be to visually document the information displayed on these boards. This is an ongoing project, and we are looking for a long-term partner.
What We Need You To Do:
1. Visit Construction Sites: Focus on key urban areas in Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru, as well as other active development zones. We will provide guidance on potential areas of high construction activity.
2. Locate Site Boards: Identify the main information board at each construction site (similar to the sample image provided).
3. Capture High-Quality Photos: Take clear, legible, and well-framed pictures of the entire site board. Ensure all text, logos, and details (e.g., project name, developer, contractor, completion date, permits, and any other visible information) are perfectly visible and readable in the photos. Blurry or illegible photos will not be accepted.
4. Cover All Project Types: We need photos from a wide range of construction projects, including:
• Building Projects: Residential (apartments, villas), Commercial (offices, retail), Shopping Centers, Hotels, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, etc.
• Power & Water Projects: Power plants (solar, geothermal, hydro), Water treatment plants, Dams, Pipelines, Boreholes, etc.
• Infrastructure Projects: Roads, Bridges, Railways, Airports, Ports, Overpasses, etc.
• Industrial Projects: Factories, Warehouses, Logistics Hubs, Industrial Parks, etc.
Essentially, any active construction project that has a visible information site board!
5. Geotagging: Accurately geotag each photo with precise GPS coordinates. Using Open GPX Tracker App from IOS or Geo Tracker - GPS tracker from Android
6. Uploading: You will upload all captured images to our designated Google Shared Folder/Drive in a timely manner. We will provide clear instructions on the naming convention and folder structure.
Deliverables:
• A set of high-resolution, clear, and legible photographs of construction site boards from agreed-upon locations in Kenya.
• Each photo must be accurately geotagged.
• Timely upload of all photos to our Shared File.
• Minimum Upload/Payment Threshold: The freelancer must complete a minimum of 25 successful photos/sites before submitting a batch for review and payment. This helps streamline the review and payment process.
