Experienced Apparel Sourcing Agent Needed

We are seeking a reliable apparel sourcing agent/consultant to assist us in finding and managing manufacturers.

Our Needs:

We require a sourcing agent/consultant who can:

Identify and Vet Manufacturers:
Find manufacturers capable of producing high-quality apparel with low Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) of approximately 50 pieces per style/color.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential manufacturers, including verifying their capabilities, quality control processes, and ethical practices.
Fabric Sourcing:
Source a variety of fabrics based on our design specifications and quality requirements.
Provide fabric samples and information on fabric composition, weight, and availability.
Find suppliers that can also provide low MOQs.
Negotiation and Communication:
Negotiate pricing and terms with manufacturers and fabric suppliers.
Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the sourcing and production process.
Quality Control Oversight:
Assist in overseeing quality control during production to ensure products meet our standards.
Logistics Assistance (Optional):
Provide assistance with shipping and logistics, if possible.
Experience:
Must have proven experience working with low MOQ apparel manufacturers.
