EdTech Research Consultant for IntelliGrade
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Hi! I'm currently building IntelliGrade, an Agentic AI-powered grading and assessment platform aimed at transforming how computer science and technical assignments are evaluated across Indian universities.
I'm looking for a research and strategy consultant who can help with the following:
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research focused on Indian higher education institutions, specifically around how grading and assessment are currently handled in CS departments.
Identify key pain points faced by teachers, TAs, and university admins during the marking process.
Help refine and validate problem statements, value propositions, and user personas.
Support in enhancing my investor pitch deck with market insights, TAM/SAM/SOM estimations, and evidence-based pain points.
Recommend channels or methods to reach educators for qualitative insights (e.g., surveys, interviews).
Deliverables:
A research report (5–8 pages) summarizing findings on the assessment workflows and pain points.
A refined version of the pitch deck with updated positioning and insight-backed slides.
Optional: A set of suggested questions or scripts for user interviews with educators.
Preferred Skills:
Background in education, EdTech, or SaaS research
Experience with qualitative user research
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bonus: Familiarity with Indian university systems or prior work in education-focused startups.
About Me:
I'm a course admin at UNSW with strong exposure to how academic evaluations work, and I'm building IntelliGrade to automate and improve grading systems—especially in the Indian context. This is part of a broader validation and MVP planning effort.
If you're passionate about education and research-backed startups, I’d love to work with you!
