Crypto Market Research

I am looking for a person conducting research about the most important news in the crypto and macro markets. Daily tasks for a candidate:

- listen to all available podcasts,
- follow the most important news outlets,
- read major reports,
- test new projects,
- watch CNBC,
- follow macro traders on Twitter,
- read books wrote by traders.

Candidate should:

- have a very good english
- be a hard working person
- already be interested in crypto markets

after each day there should be a short report(1 page) about most important changes in the market
