We are currently recruiting local Country Representatives to lead the ground operations for Isokorusange.com, the fastest-growing digital marketplace specifically designed for Rwanda and Burundi.
Unlike global platforms that ignore local context, Isokorusange (meaning "The Common Market" in Kinyarwanda/Kirundi) is built by locals, for locals. We are not a global giant; we are a community-focused ecosystem dedicated to digitizing the informal trade sector in East Africa.
Our Mission & Vision
Our goal is simple: To ensure that whenever a person in Kigali or Bujumbura thinks of selling a phone, a car, or offering a service, the first name that comes to their mind is Isokorusange.
We believe trade should be free and accessible to everyone. That is why our platform is 100% Free of Charge for all standard users. Whether you are selling a used Toyota in Remera or renting out a house in Gitega, you never pay a listing fee.
The Platform

Automotive: Safe trading of vehicles with local license plates.

Role: Country Representative
We are looking for passionate individuals based in Rwanda (Kigali, Huye, Musanze) or Burundi (Bujumbura, Gitega, Ngozi) to act as the face of Isokorusange.
Key Responsibilities:
User Verification: Help us verify that sellers are real people to keep our marketplace safe from scammers ("Abatekamutwe").
Community Onboarding: Teach local market sellers how to upload their first ad on https://isokorusange.com.
Language Localization: Assist our technical team in refining our Kinyarwanda and Kirundi translations to ensure they sound natural and not robotic.
Trust Building: Act as the bridge between our technical team and the local users who prefer doing business face-to-face.
Requirements:
Native fluency in Kinyarwanda or Kirundi.
Strong understanding of the local informal trade market in your city.
Must have a smartphone and active internet connection.
Must have explored the website (www.isokorusange.com) and created a test account before the interview.
