Business Development for HR Recruitment Firm

We are a startup HR Consultancy / Recruitment Firm.
We are looking for a professional who will carry out the following role -
Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation converting the lead in to prospect
Responsible for Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiations and sign up.
Meet engage with Strategic Heads/ HR Heads / CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their plans and position and services .
This is a short term project with an objective of targeting maximum 5 clients in India. Commissions will be paid on case to case basis and the size of the client organization which signs the final agreement
