Business Development Manager - Food Safety Training and Auditing Services in Tamilnadu

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding our food safety training and auditing services.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients for our food safety training and auditing services.
* Identify and target key decision-makers in the food industry, including food manufacturers, processors, distributors, and retailers.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competition in the food safety training and auditing sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on food safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with professionals and promote our services.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the food safety, training, or auditing industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel as required.
