Business Development Manager

I am seeking a Business Development Manager for my Landscape and Construction business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on expanding our reach in the domestic as well as overseas market. Key tasks for this role will include:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.-
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development

The successful candidate should have:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Familiarity with international business practices and cultural differences
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
