Build Client Profile

I am looking to build client profile for sales targeting purposes. It is for a B2B company and would require knowledge in market research. I will give specific list of what I am looking for to build said client profiles. I would also give data to analyze for the client profile. I require some one that know how to use excel as well as its functions, how to put data into a power point.
