Beauty Parlor Competitor Insights
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing to launch a new beauty parlor and need a concise competitor analysis that answers two questions above all: How many customers do nearby salons actually draw, and how do their standard service prices compare to one another?
Scope
• Identify the key salons within the target catchment area I’ll share with you.
• Estimate their customer volume (daily, weekly, or monthly—whatever data is realistically attainable) using verifiable sources such as foot-traffic analytics tools, booking-platform statistics, social media check-ins, or onsite headcounts.
• Compile each competitor’s standard price list for core services—haircut, styling, basic facial, manicure/pedicure, etc.—noting any observable patterns in positioning.
What I need back
1. A short written report that explains your data-gathering method, shows the numbers, and interprets what they imply for a new entrant.
2. A comparison table or spreadsheet detailing customer volume estimates alongside corresponding service prices.
3. A brief recommendations section highlighting gaps or opportunities you see (e.g., underserved price points, peak-hour overflow, niche services).
Please rely on credible, up-to-date sources and cite each one in the report. If any data point can’t be verified, flag it clearly rather than guessing. Deliverables will be considered complete once the figures, sources, and insights are all present and logically traceable.
