Auto Wrap Marketing & Business Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I operate a growing automotive wrap shop and need a clear, data-backed roadmap for the next stage of expansion.
Marketing strategy comes first. Search engine marketing is the core channel, with the immediate objective of boosting brand awareness. I’ll need a detailed SEM playbook that covers keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy ideas, budget allocation, performance KPIs and an outline for ongoing optimisation using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and basic remarketing.
Once that framework is in place, the website must support it. A technical and on-page SEO review should identify fixes for crawlability, page speed, schema markup, local SEO signals and conversion paths so the site ranks and converts consistently.
To price our services competitively, I also require demographic and competitive research: who is wrapping their vehicles, where they are, what they are willing to pay and how rival shops position themselves. The findings should translate into a recommended pricing matrix and clear market positioning notes.
Finally, everything needs to feed into a solid financial business plan. I’m looking for 3–5-year revenue projections, cost of goods sold, labour and material assumptions, cash-flow forecasts, break-even analysis and a summary of risks and mitigation steps.
Deliverables
• Search engine marketing strategy deck focused on brand awareness
• Website audit report with prioritized SEO fixes
• Demographic & competitor research dossier plus pricing matrix
• Comprehensive financial business plan (Excel + PDF) aligned with the marketing roadmap
Timeline and milestones are flexible as long as the marketing strategy comes first, followed quickly by website and research insights so we can roll into budget planning for the new fiscal year.
