Authentic User Feedback for Market Research
Budget: $10 – $200 USD
I'm looking for someone to help me with my preliminary market research as we prepare to enter the Indian market. The focus of this research will be financial services applications. I need authentic user feedback from these apps to understand the real situation in the market.
Key tasks will include:
1. Downloading and installing the applications
2. Completing registration and experiencing their features and financial services on these applications
3. Recording the entire operation process in the form of a video
4. Noting and recording any other personalized marketing content that appears
The specific features of these applications that should be emphasized during the research include payment processing and loans and credit. We will be looking at more than 5 applications in total.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Familiarity with financial services applications
- Experience with market research
