App-base logistics platform research in Japan

We're a rapidly expanding tech start-up in the field of logistics and delivery. We are trying to look for local researcher to register as a platform delivery partner of logistics platforms and conduct app-user experience journey report.

Main Responsibilities

- Study and describe the delivery partner onboarding process of various logistics platforms in Japan

- Register as a delivery partner and test in areas such as delivery partner journey, app-user experience, general product capability of the delivery players, pricing etc.

- Collate and translate the obtained information into English(OR Chinese)

- Share feedback as an app-user and provide insights obtained during the research

Key Requirements

- Sufficient English(OR Chinese) skills: oral, written, and translation from local languages

- Sensible individuals who are curious about the local delivery landscape

- Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude

- Strong local knowledge with the ability to identify suitable interview targets

- Detail-oriented with adequate documentation skill

- Candidates must be a local Japan resident and over 20 years old

- Candidates must own a Kei Car with commercial license plate (ナンバープレートが黒色の車両), with eligible driver license and vehicle insurance

- Proficiency in Japanese languages
