I am seeking a diligent real estate expert / researcher to assist me in evaluating residential apartments for purchase in Surabaya, Indonesia or other city of Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough due diligence to determine the viability of potential property purchases.
- Coordinate and assist with site visits to the apartments.
Key Evaluation Criteria:
- Assess building condition and facilities.
- Evaluate market value and potential appreciation.
- Estimate rental income potential.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in real estate research.
- Must be based in Indonesia.
Experience with the Surabaya/Indonesia real estate market would be a significant advantage. I am looking for a professional who can uncover the best opportunities and provide insightful property evaluations. Please note that I prefer to receive all property evaluation reports in written form.
